Marketing & Sales Assistant
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Assistant to support our growing team. This role will assist with lead generation, marketing initiatives, event coordination, and administrative support for both sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and creative.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Assist with lead management and CRM data entry.
- Schedule sales appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Track sales activity and maintain accurate records.
- Support relationship-building efforts with referral partners, real estate agents, architects, and industry professionals.
Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Create and schedule social media content across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Help maintain website content and online listings.
- Assist with photography, project updates, and content collection.
- Monitor marketing analytics and prepare performance reports.
Events & Community Engagement
- Coordinate sponsorships, networking events, and community outreach initiatives.
- Assist with event planning, logistics, and follow-up communications.
- Represent the company professionally at community and industry events when needed.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain organized digital files and databases.
- Coordinate vendor communications and marketing collateral.
- Assist with project tracking and internal reporting.
- Support the Director of Sales & Marketing with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or administrative support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience with CRM systems and social media platforms preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
