Business Systems Analysis Sr. Advisor

Location: Austin, TX

Duration: Long Term Contract

Skills Required:

  • Detailed job description to assist the supplier in finding the best candidates
  • Ideal candidate has Avaya Callback Assist implementations
  • Large call center/Contact center experience is a must
  • Telecom carrier experience is nice to have
  • Avaya Breeze implementations are a plus
  • Day to Day Activities:

    • Need a senior level PM for high visibility project to implement Avaya Callback assist globally
    • Will work closely with the Program Manager for Telecom Enablement
    • This may go into next year's roadmap
    • Will work closely with the business supporting Services Deployment and Support, Global Business Operations (Sales and Care), and Dell Financial Services
    • Will work with Avaya account managers and engineers to implement CBA
    • Will work with Dell engineers to implement CBA
    • Waterfall methodology primarily, Agile is a plus
    • Experienced PM skills especially schedule management and risk management
