Avaya is a multinational software and telecommunications company that develops and sells unifying communications solutions, such as voice over IP (VoIP) Technology, phone systems, system administration, and other technical tools. In this role, you design a central system based on your company's communication needs within their organization and with customers. This may include setting up an in-house call center, a network of remote answering lines, or a hybrid of both. Once the design is approved, you oversee the installation of the system and may be responsible for regular maintenance and repairs to ensure it continues to run properly.

Familiarity with Avaya Aura, Communication Manager, Session Manager, and troubleshooting tools is essential. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication are vital soft skills for managing complex installations and client interactions. These skills ensure reliable deployment, maintenance, and support of Avaya solutions, leading to optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
