Description Summary: The Associate Director - Diversified Industries PM is responsible for the management of a portfolio of commercial loans with a focus in complex middle market transactions. Primary responsibilities include underwriting quality, portfolio monitoring and portfolio administration for an assigned portfolio. The Associate Director will frequently collaborate with internal partners including Relationship Management, Credit Administration, Capital Markets, Treasury Management and other product partners in optimizing customer relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities: Underwrite complex commercial loans in accordance with Huntington credit policies. Monitor a portfolio of commercial loans, proactively identifying emerging risks and escalating concerns as appropriate, and maintaining accurate risk ratings. Portfolio administration, including management of delinquencies, collateral exceptions, borrowing base and covenant compliance, product renewals, etc., as applicable

As applicable, attend client calls (virtual or in-person) with Relationship Management and other Bank partners. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market/industry trends. Conduct industry and market research using numerous resources available.

Assist with training and/or mentoring Analyst & Associate level colleagues. Review and negotiate credit documentation in consultation with legal counsel. Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required (Finance, Accounting, or related field) 5+ years of experience in an underwriting in a commercial banking environment Preferred Qualifications: High level of professionalism and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (particularly Microsoft Excel) Formal credit training Experience in the syndicated loan market Proficiency in S&P Capital IQ Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) Yes Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. Compensation Range: $70,000.00 - 140,000.00 Annual Salary The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position

Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
