Job description

Opportunity:

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia


Job Details:

  • No call, holidays, or weekends required

  • 8 or 10 hour shifts available (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

  • Supervised by a Pediatric Anesthesiologist

  • Average number of surgical cases per day: 1-15

  • Level 1 Trauma Center designation

  • OR volume of 13,000 cases per year across 11 main ORs, 4 south ORs, and medical imaging/IR coverage

  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists to develop and implement anesthesia care plans including induction, maintenance, and emergence based on pre-operative assessments

  • Deliver specialized care to neonatal and pediatric patients and their families

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required

  • Graduation from an accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program required

  • Current CRNA certification and Ohio licensure required

  • PALS certification required

  • Strong communication, customer service, and basic computer skills required

  • 1-3 years of neonatal and/or pediatric experience preferred

  • New graduates accepted with pediatric experience required
