Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Management Support (PM Support) professional to assist Project Managers in coordinating and executing projects efficiently. This role ensures jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to specification by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and supporting logistics.
What You'll Do
  • Create and process change orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Review job site reports for details, accuracy, and necessary follow-ups.
  • Coordinate communication, meetings, and documentation for project updates.
  • Assist in acquiring job-related materials and ensure timely site delivery.
  • Oversee the job close-out process, ensuring all requirements are met.
