Title: AV Technician

Location: Aspen, Colorado

The Role

We are looking for a skilled AV Technician to join our installation and service team. You'll be responsible for the hands-on work of installing and wiring advanced AV systems. The role covers everything from new project builds to providing service and support for our clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Be punctual and reliable, arriving on-site ready to work at your scheduled time.

  • Work well with project managers, programmers, and other technicians in a team setting.

  • Install AV hardware, including displays, projectors, speakers, and equipment racks.

  • Build and wire equipment racks according to system plans and best practices.

  • Run, connect, and test all low-voltage cabling for AV and control systems.

  • Help our programmers with system startup and final testing.

  • Provide on-site service and troubleshoot any hardware issues for clients.

  • Read and follow AV system schematics, blueprints, and design documents.

  • Keep all job sites clean, safe, and professional.


Qualifications
  • Proven experience installing AV systems in homes or businesses.

  • A strong understanding of system wiring, signal flow, and how to mount equipment.

  • Great problem-solving skills and a strong eye for detail.

  • Good communication skills and a focus on customer service.
