Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused AV Field Service Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for providing on-site technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for audiovisual (AV) systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service in dynamic field environments.
Responsibilities:
