Job description

Position Title: GST Project Manager

Department: IT / AV Services

The GST Project Manager serves as the primary liaison for IT and AV project initiatives, ensuring successful delivery according to defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, managing resources, tracking orders, leading planning meetings, and maintaining strong communication with clients, team members, and third‑party partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and has a strong background in IT and AV technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, define, staff, and manage one or multiple IT & AV projects from inception to completion
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for management, clients, and technical teams
  • Conduct site surveys and facilitate project kickoff meetings
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
  • Lead project status meetings and ensure proper resource allocation
  • Partner with business owners to oversee project delivery, maintain quality standards, track budgets, and ensure on‑time performance
  • Prepare and deliver all pre‑ and post‑project documentation
  • Manage project lifecycle tasks, including planning, scheduling, assigning resources, tracking progress, reporting status, and driving projects to completion
  • Gather, document, and validate business processes and user requirements
  • Perform quality checks and oversee quality assurance documentation
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver user training when applicable
Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, Project Specialist, or similar role managing enterprise‑level projects
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing IT and AV technical projects
  • Strong written communication skills
