Job description

Role Overview:
This role provides advanced technical expertise for the integration, troubleshooting, and support of complex Audio/Video (AV) systems, functioning as an L3 Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support video walls, studios, auditoriums, and command centers.
  • Configure and integrate audio/video/control systems.
  • Assist with performance optimization and upgrades.
  • Support event and executive environments as needed.

Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in AV integration, including DSP, control systems, and video routing.
  • Experience with streaming platforms such as Vbrick, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Strong capabilities in network and AV interoperability troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with studio systems, including TriCaster, multi-camera setups, and Pro Tools basics.
  • Knowledge of digital signage solutions like Appspace CMS and BrightSign players.
  • Expertise in video walls, specifically Planar LED configuration and calibration.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, AV, or Telecommunications.

Preferred Skills:
  • AVIXA CTS-I (Installation) certification.
  • OEM certifications from vendors such as Crestron, Extron, and QSC.
