How You’ll Contribute:
The Associate Field Engineer supports on-site commissioning and system validation by assisting with configuration, testing, and troubleshooting tasks under direct supervision. This entry-level role is focused on learning company standards, tools, and processes while developing hands-on skills in AV and basic networking systems. The position serves as a foundational step toward more advanced engineering roles within the organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist more advanced field engineers with system commissioning, validation, and testing activities.
- Follow documented procedures for configuration and commissioning of AV equipment.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of AV and IP-based network systems.
- Maintain organized documentation of field observations and testing results.
- Prepare tools, test equipment, and materials for field use.
- Follow safety procedures and project protocols while working on-site.
- Participate in training sessions to build technical knowledge and system familiarity.
- Collaborate with field teams to support successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
