Job description

The Senior Endpoint Administrator is responsible for managing and modernizing the organization's endpoint environment across a hybrid infrastructure. This role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and efficient device management solutions using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM & Intune), Windows 11, and modern provisioning methods such as Autopilot.

This position plays a key role in improving endpoint security, automating processes, and ensuring a seamless user experience across corporate devices.

  • 5-7+ years of experience in endpoint management (enterprise environment)

  • Strong hands-on expertise with SCCM (Configuration Manager) and Microsoft Intune

  • Experience managing Windows 10/11 lifecycle, patching, and compliance

  • Solid knowledge of Autopilot provisioning and modern device management

  • Experience with Group Policy (GPO) and transitioning to cloud-based policies

  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and remediation

  • Working experience with Microsoft Graph API for automation/reporting

  • Strong understanding of endpoint security (BitLocker, Crowdstrike, compliance policies)

  • Experience in co-managed environments (SCCM + Intune) preferred

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex endpoint deployment, and policy issues

  • Strong collaboration skills with infrastructure, security, and helpdesk teams

  • Focus on automation, scalability, and improving user experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environments
  • Knowledge of modern device management and Zero Trust concepts
  • Exposure to macOS or mobile device management is a plus
