Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove products are sold throughout the world via our distribution network, and this Inside Sales Coordinator role is key in supporting our distribution partners. Primary Responsibilities

Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove products are sold throughout the world via our distribution network, and this Inside Sales Coordinator role is key in supporting our distribution partners. The inside sales team is a focused group that supports our customers and field sales team. A pedigree of problem solving, and exceptional customer focus is key to success in this role.

  • Become an expert on products and systems to best serve the customers
  • Outbound and inbound calls
  • Developing Weekly call strategies
  • Assisting field sales team with problem solving and / or order inquiries
  • Serve as our partners’ primary point of contact regarding orders
  • Creating relationships with customers and aid them with any order related needs/issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management
  • Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of support
  • Responsible for completing special projects as assigned
  • autonomously make decisions and solve a varying degree of issues

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in business or related
  • Experience and familiarity with distribution channels and Supporting field sales teams
  • Business to Business customer service experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex order scenarios
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise order management systems
  • Knowledge of logistics, transportation, or supply chain processes
