Job Title: Test Technician I

Location: Oshkosh WI

Duration: 3+ Months

Job Type: Contract

Maximum Submissions per Supplier: 3

Note: US Citizen only. Traveling: 10%-depending on support needed with travel to South Carolina. Top 3 qualifications: 1-Associates Degree/Engineering/Machinery & Heavy Equipment, 2-Mechanical-Automotive-agricultural background. CDL license preferred but not required. Interview: 1st Teams, 2nd Onsite tour. Top 3 Keywords: 1- Vehicle & System Testing (Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic) 2- Mechanical Assembly, Fabrication & Troubleshooting 3- Engineering Drawing Interpretation

Top Required Skills:

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Support engineers and senior technicians in testing prototypes and current production vehicles and components
  • Conduct tests, collect and record data, and troubleshoot system failures to validate product designs
  • Assemble, disassemble, and fabricate customized parts, structures, and test fixtures
  • Operate vehicles, heavy equipment, and machinery as required for testing and material handling
  • Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all safety procedures
  • Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical issues and support product development

Requirements:

  • Technical Diploma with 3 years of engineering-related experience (or equivalent)
  • Associate’s Degree with 3 years of experience preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on testing environment
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
