Receptionist

Autonomous Solutions Inc. is looking for a friendly receptionist for our headquarters in beautiful Mendon, Utah! As a receptionist, you will help welcome guests, answer questions, and be an essential support to our HR, accounting, and executive teams. You will excel in this role if you enjoy interacting with people, keeping things organized, and supporting a growing company.

What You'll Do

The receptionist/front desk admin assistant's main duty is to represent the company professionally and be the first point of contact for customers and visitors. Other duties include:

  • Office Administration Duties:
    • Answer and direct inbound phones to appropriate employees.
    • Greet company visitors get them into contact with their host.
    • Various administration and clerical duties.
  • Scheduling & Hosting Duties:
    • Assist with planning work parties and activities including Wellness Challenges and Company Unity activities.
    • Organize and make sure staff lunches and meals for meetings run smoothly.
  • Charity Event Duties and involvement/support of holiday parties, employee appreciation, onboarding, and our community events.

What You Bring

  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in office occupations, secretarial, office clerical experience.
  • Ability to carry out written or oral instructions from supervisor.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Very detail-oriented.
