  • Create/update Functional Objectives
  • Create and maintain test plan
  • Validate electrical architecture and signals
  • Both virtually and (primarily) physically
  • Manage issues
  • Root cause analysis
  • Communicate with and report to program

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience from automotive industry
  • Experience in vehicle testing and validation.
  • Experience with vehicle electrical architecture and CAN communication.
  • Experience in testing and validation of automotive features.
  • Experience working hands-on with vehicles
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under limited direction.
  • High level of proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on production vehicle programs through SOP.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware or vehicle prototyping.
  • Familiarity with Client processes, tools, or vehicle platforms.

  • Strong automotive interest
