  • Create accurate repair orders and document customer requests
  • Communicate with technicians regarding diagnostics and repair needs
  • Build and present repair estimates for customer approval
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
  • Recommend needed maintenance and additional services
  • Schedule appointments and manage daily workflow
  • Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
  • Handle incoming calls, follow-ups, and general customer inquiries
  • Deliver a professional, high-quality experience at every touchpoint
