This person works with customers to schedule their service appointments, advice them on recommended services needed for their vehicle, and communicate to them through the entire service process.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Listen carefully to vehicle concerns and accurately document customer requests.
  • Schedule service appointments and communicate work estimates to customers.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs.
  • Follow up with customers on service status and completion.
