Are you a highly skilled technician ready to take the next step in your career? EchoPark Centennial is looking for a Lead Technician/Shop Foreman to help drive our growing Recon operation to the next level! This isn't just another technician position-this is an opportunity to lead, mentor, and make a real impact on a high-performing team.

What You'll Do:

  • Assign work and keep the shop running efficiently
  • Help develop and mentor technicians
  • Maintain a positive, high-energy culture
  • Diagnose and repair vehicles alongside your team when needed

What We're Looking For: 

  • 10+ years of automotive technician experience
  • Strong diagnostic background
  • Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred
  • ReconPro and CDK experience preferred, but not required
  • Positive attitude and ability to motivate a team
  • Someone who leads by example and isn't afraid to jump in and turn wrenches
