Compensation: $70,000 to $90,000 plus per year
We are looking for a Working Shop Manager/ Diagnostic, Repair Technician to join our team! That wants a career and not just a job. You will be responsible for Daily Operations of the Service Department, Diagnosing and Repairing various types of vehicles.
We are looking for the right person that takes pride in their work. The right person is someone that can use his/her hands as well as his/her head to Operate a Service Dept and Perform Diagnostic Repairs correctly the first time.
Responsibilities:
  • Must have Integrity, be Honest and Reliable.
  • Must be able to Supervise other Employees and Operate a Service Dept.
  • Must have dependable transportation.
  • Must have valid Driver's license.
  • Must have knowledge in computers and laptops.
  • Must be willing to invest in your future.
  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on Cars and Trucks.
  • Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components and make repairs correctly.
  • Perform quality control inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer.
  • Applicants must have tools.

Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of previous experience.
  • Must have your own tools.
  • Must be a ASE Certified Tech if not don't apply!
  • Knowledge of shop equipment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
