Job description

We're Growing- And We Need a Leader Who Can Grow With Us
Regional Shop Manager | Multiple Collision Centers
B Street Collision has been family owned and operated since 1978. We've grown to 16 locations, and we're not slowing down, but we've never lost the culture that got us here.
We're looking for a proven operational leader to oversee multiple collision centers, develop high-performing Shop Managers, and help drive the next phase of our growth.
This isn't a corporate desk job. It's a role for someone who believes great businesses are built by investing in people, creating accountability, and spending time where the work happens... on the shop floor, not behind a spreadsheet.
If you thrive on building winning teams, setting the standard, and coaching leaders to perform at their best, let's talk.
Why B Street?
  • Stability that's rare in this industry. Family-owned since 1978, with a track record to match.
  • Real growth, real opportunity. 16 locations today, more on the way and room to grow with us.
  • A philosophy we don't compromise on. OEM-only parts.
  • A team-based production model that actually works.
  • A culture of internal promotion. We develop leaders from within, and we mean it.

What's In It for You
  • Top industry compensation: $150,000-$250,000+ annually, based on experience
  • A front-row seat to expansion as we move into new markets
  • Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, HSA contribution, 401(k) with match
  • A leadership team that invests in its leaders you won't be figuring this out alone

What You'll Own
Your success is measured by the success of the leaders and team you build. You will:
  • Hire, lead, coach, and develop multiple Shop Managers
  • Drive production, process, profitability, and quality across several locations
  • Spend the majority of your time in the shops, building a team that can run a process and solving problems in real time
  • Create accountability through consistent coaching and follow-up
  • Track and act on KPIs - financial performance, cycle time, quality, production
  • Partner with Office Managers and Shop Managers to deliver a seamless experience for customers and employees
  • Recruit, hire, mentor, and retain top-performing leaders
  • Spot opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and profitability
  • Uphold company policy and safety standards across every location
  • Support new store openings, acquisitions, and leadership transitions as we scale
  • Build a culture where people are engaged, challenged, and developed

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of multi-location leadership or senior operations experience in collision repair, automotive, dealership operations, or a related field
  • Real experience leading leaders, not just managing employees
  • The ability to coach underperformers while recognizing and dev your top performers
  • Strong communication and people leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly between locations
  • A valid driver's license

The Fine Print
  • Monday-Friday 6:45 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Frequent travel between B Street locations in your market
  • Able to lift, squat, kneel, bend, and occasionally handle parts up to 50 lbs
  • A genuinely hands-on leadership style - on the shop floor with the team

The best leaders are visible. They build relationships, coach their teams, solve problems, and create places people want to stay and grow. If you're ready to lead multiple high-performing teams and help shape the future of one of the Midwest's fastest-growing collision repair companies, let's have a confidential conversation.
Your inquiry stays confidential - from your current employer, regardless of outcome.
