Building strong relationships with both customers and technicians can help streamline the process and minimize misunderstandings.

  • A customer-first mindset with a take-ownership attitude
  • Valid in-state driver's license
Why You'll Love Working Here
  • Competitive pay with generous commissions & bonus potential
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Paid time off and vacation
  • Supportive leadership and a positive team culture
  • Real career growth within the Findlay Automotive Group
Ready to Join the Team?
