Automotive Sales Consultant
Pugmire Ford of Cartersville – Cartersville, GA
Full-Time | In-Person

What You’ll Do:

  • Work directly with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right vehicle

  • Stay sharp on Ford products, technology, and current inventory

  • Guide customers through test drives and highlight key features with confidence

  • Present pricing, financing, and leasing options clearly and professionally

  • Follow up with prospects — calls, texts, email — and actually build relationships

  • Set and confirm appointments with online and inbound leads

  • Stay connected with past customers to generate repeat and referral business


What We’re Looking For:

  • Someone who’s hungry to earn and not afraid of performance-based pay

  • Strong people skills — you can hold a conversation and build trust quickly

  • Consistency — you show up, follow up, and finish what you start

  • Professional presence and solid communication skills

  • Basic computer and CRM comfort (we’ll teach the rest)
