Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in Automotive R&D environment.
This role requires a unique blend of DevOps expertise, Networking, and Product Ownership experience to lead cross-functional teams and drive innovation across connected and embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead IT initiatives supporting Automotive R&D and engineering teams
  • Act as a Product Owner, managing backlogs, prioritizing features, and aligning with business goals
  • Design, implement, and manage DevOps pipelines (CI/CD) for faster and reliable delivery
  • Oversee and optimize network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance
  • Collaborate with software, hardware, and system engineering teams.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum practices, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions
  • Manage vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional communication
  • Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in DevOps (CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of Networking (TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls, Cloud Networking)
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in a technical environment
  • Experience working in Automotive, IoT, or Embedded Systems R&D
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
