Resident Supplier Quality Representative

Onsite | Princeton, IN

Employed by TRIGO Global Quality Solutions

1st Shift  | Full-Time | 3+ month contract 

Do you enjoy solving manufacturing problems before they become customer issues? Are you passionate about quality, supplier relationships, and working directly inside a world-class automotive manufacturing facility?

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is looking for an experienced Supplier Quality Representative to support one of our automotive customers onsite at an automotive manufacturing facility in Princeton, IN.

In this highly visible role, you'll serve as the primary quality representative between the customer and supplier, helping resolve production concerns, prevent quality issues, and ensure vehicles continue moving through production with minimal disruption.

If you've worked in automotive manufacturing, supplier quality, launch support, or resident engineering, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Support quality activities at the manufacturing facility
  • Inspect automotive parts for appearance, fit, finish, and overall quality
  • Work with production and supplier teams to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Help investigate defects and support corrective actions
  • Communicate quality concerns and provide updates to customers and suppliers
  • Participate in product inspections, audits, and production support activities
  • Coordinate sorting, containment, and rework activities as needed
  • Assist with new product launches and engineering changes
  • Help identify opportunities to improve quality and manufacturing processes
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in automotive manufacturing or a related production environment
  • Quality, inspection, supplier quality, or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to read and follow quality standards and work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing quality processes is a plus

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience working with automotive suppliers or OEMs
  • Familiarity with root cause analysis, corrective actions, or quality audits
  • Mechanical aptitude or experience with automotive components
