Job description

Are you a detail-lover who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy making sure every "i" is dotted and every "t" is crossed? Greenway Automotive is looking for a sharp, organized, and driven Inventory Accounting Clerk to keep our vehicle records tight and on point.
Automotive or CDK experience? That's a bonus-not a deal-breaker.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Enter all new and used vehicle purchases into our accounting system (you'll basically be the gatekeeper of our inventory data).
  • Manage dealer trades and intercompany vehicle transfers like a pro.
  • Handle wholesale vehicle billing-making sure all the right paperwork and licenses are in place.
  • Keep open communication with our sales managers (you'll be their go-to for inventory info).
  • Tackle any additional projects or tasks that come your way. You're a team player, after all.

What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's in Business Admin or Finance is a big plus.
  • Some accounting or office experience (1 year is ideal).
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and business/accounting systems.
  • Super organized, detail-obsessed, and able to keep things confidential.
  • Strong communicator-you're confident on the phone and crystal clear in email.
  • Bonus points if you've worked in automotive or know your way around CDK.
