Job description

You will be the Production Control Manager - Level 5 for the Production Control team which is responsible for overseeing all daytoday production control activities at the Pinellas Park, FL location.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Production Control Manager - Level 5 you will be responsible for leading the Production Control organization, managing both salaried and hourly staff, and ensuring efficient shopfloor, replenishment, and logistical operations.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Manage supervisors and associates for shipping, receiving, stocking, kitting, and inventory tracking.

  • Oversee material requirements from suppliers and external processors to ensure a controlled, ontime flow of approved materials.

  • Control floor workinprocess (WIP) and schedule execution.

  • Monitor key performance indicators for shopfloor control activities and partsmovement planning.

  • Identify and implement safety, processimprovement, and 6S opportunities.
