Automotive Sales Associate
Landmark Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram FIAT is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by performance-based earnings. Previous sales experience in any industry is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Compensation
  • $10.00 per hour
  • Volume bonus based on vehicle sales performance
  • Opportunity for increased earnings through consistent sales success

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and assist them in identifying the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget.
  • Build rapport with customers by providing a professional, friendly, and informative sales experience.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives.
  • Explain available vehicle models, trims, options, and technologies.
  • Maintain knowledge of current inventory, manufacturer programs, and dealership promotions.
  • Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, email, and text communication.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the dealership CRM.
  • Work with management throughout the sales process to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Assist with vehicle delivery and review key vehicle features with customers.
  • Participate in sales meetings, product training, and dealership events.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the dealership with integrity.

Requirements
  • Previous sales experience in any industry is preferred.
