Cherokee Mitsubishi is searching for an experienced, high-performing Bilingual Automotive Finance Manager to join its leadership team in Canton, Georgia.

If you're an experienced Finance Manager who understands how to maximize profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience—and you're fluent in both English and Spanish—this is an outstanding opportunity to advance your career with a growing dealership. (Cherokee Mitsubishi)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Minimum 3 years of automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience
• Previous automotive sales experience required (any franchise brand accepted)
• Strong knowledge of lender programs and finance sources
• Experience presenting finance products, warranties, GAP, and protection packages
• Ability to structure and submit deals efficiently
• Excellent closing, communication, and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Present finance and protection products to customers professionally and ethically
• Secure financing through multiple lending institutions
• Maximize finance income while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Ensure complete compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations
• Work closely with the Sales Management team to deliver a seamless buying experience
• Maintain accurate documentation and funding packages
• Build long-term customer relationships through transparency and professionalism
