THE DAY TO DAY
  • Diagnose vehicles quickly and accurately to identify the root cause and develop an effective repair plan.

  • Perform maintenance and repairs to the highest standards—doing the job right the first time.

  • Repair electrical, HVAC, brake, steering, suspension, driveline, and other vehicle systems.

  • Manage your bay efficiently by prioritizing work and maintaining productivity.

  • Work closely with Service Advisors and Parts to keep repairs moving and customers informed.

  • Document inspections, repairs, and recommendations clearly and professionally.

  • Perform quality control checks to ensure every vehicle leaves safe, reliable, and road-ready.


 THE RIGHT FIT

3+ years of automotive technician experience

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Technical certifications and/or formal automotive training preferred

Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Valid driver's license
