Pay: $120,000 - $200,000+ per year
John Vance Auto Group is seeking an experienced, results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Conduct daily sales meetings and ongoing training sessions
  • Utilize CRM tools to monitor performance and hold sales staff accountable
  • Oversee the entire sales process from lead management to vehicle delivery
  • Work directly with customers to close deals and resolve concerns
  • Drive customer satisfaction and CSI performance
  • Coach and mentor sales consultants to maximize individual and team performance
  • Ensure dealership policies, procedures, and compliance standards are followed
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications
  • Automotive Sales Management experience required
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability goals
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Clean driving record required
