Outside Sales Representative
Location: Calgary, AB
Role Summary
Keystone Automotive Operations is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow and support our customer base in the Calgary, AB market. This role is focused on developing new business, strengthening existing accounts, and serving as a trusted partner to customers across the automotive aftermarket. You’ll spend your time in the field understanding customer needs, recommending the right solutions, and delivering a high-quality purchasing experience. If you’re self-motivated, enjoy working independently, and take pride in driving results and achieving goals, this is an opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities

  • Soliciting, presenting, and selling products to new and existing customers daily.
  • Staying current and familiar with product literature
  • Conveying product information and availability to customers.
  • Making sales presentations on new and existing accounts.
  • Complying with established company policies and procedures.
  • Prospecting possible new accounts from a variety of leads
  • Visiting newly established accounts
  • Visiting established accounts with high upside potential for development
  • Working as a team with inside sales staff on customer issues, while assisting with account development, regional development, and maintenance plans and schedules
  • Assembling Product displays
  • Communicating remotely with the Regional Manager.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Prior outside sales experience
  • HS Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to travel Monday through Friday every week to customers
  • Ability to travel on some weekends for trade shows
  • Solid Microsoft Outlook and Excel experience
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with customers
  • Ability to thrive in a group/team environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Automotive aftermarket, RV industry experience.
  • Some college coursework/degree preferred.
  • Experience in training / educating people (Example: Teaching your customer how to use online/system features)
