You clock in for second shift and step into a floor where precision rules the day. Stamping presses hum, robots articulate with purpose, and you’re the expert who keeps it all moving. As an Industrial Mechatronics Maintenance Specialist, you’ll blend mechanical know‑how with electrical savvy to sustain high‑volume automotive and metal stamping operations.

What your shift looks like
  • Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on metal stamping presses, automated assembly equipment, and facility systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues on robotic cells, fine‑tuning teach points and making basic program edits on Yaskawa and Fanuc platforms.
  • Trace and fix communication problems across PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and stamping equipment networks.
What you bring
  • 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience (automotive and/or metal stamping strongly preferred).
  • Hands‑on background with robotics and PLCs, including troubleshooting and basic edits.
  • Strength in both mechanical and electrical domains; degree preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in the following areas: electrical troubleshooting, high‑voltage systems, pneumatics troubleshooting, industrial electrical work, hydraulic systems and components, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), equipment repair and maintenance, equipment installation, and automotive manufacturing systems.

  • Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), with frequent interaction alongside Fanuc and Yaskawa robots.
