This leadership role focuses on driving sales volume, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth. The ideal candidate will be a "crafty" problem-solver who prioritizes training and active engagement with both staff and customers.Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership & Training: Lead, mentor, and train the sales staff to ensure they are meeting their "score card" objectives and holding themselves accountable.
  • Product Endorsement: Ensure all sales consultants are consistently pitching and endorsing additional products (e.g., Lojack, bundles) during every customer interaction, including leases, new car sales, and trade-ins.
