What You'll Do
  • Lead all daily operations of the service department to drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and motivate service advisors, technicians, and support staff to achieve their full potential.
  • Foster a customer-first culture that delivers exceptional service and creates lasting customer relationships.
  • Monitor workflow, productivity, repair quality, and department performance to ensure efficient operations and timely vehicle delivery.
  • Work closely with the Parts and Sales teams to create a seamless dealership experience for every customer.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, manufacturer requirements, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Promote a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture focused on continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven success as an Automotive Service Manager.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • A track record of improving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and department profitability.
  • Experience with dealership management systems (DMS), service software, and Microsoft Office.
