Job description

Inventory Manager

Global Logistics Launch | High-Profile Tech Client

We’re partnering with a global, multi-billion-dollar logistics organization to launch a brand-new U.S. operation supporting a major tech client. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground level of a high-visibility, long-term program with significant investment in growth, leadership, and infrastructure.

We are hiring an Inventory Manager who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and is excited about building processes, driving accuracy, and leading change during a critical startup phase.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Competitive compensation with strong upward mobility
  • Ground-floor opportunity - shape processes, systems, and team culture
  • Backed by a global organization with strong financial stability
  • High-impact program supporting a well-known, tech-driven client
  • Clear growth path into senior leadership as the operation scales

What You’ll Do

  • Own and oversee all inventory control functions within a new distribution/fulfillment environment
  • Establish and refine inventory processes, systems, and reporting from the ground up
  • Drive inventory accuracy, cycle counting programs, and root cause analysis
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, systems, and client stakeholders
  • Lead and develop inventory team members while building a high-performance culture
  • Support change management initiatives as systems and processes evolve rapidly
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards, KPIs, and client expectations

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in inventory management within a warehouse, distribution, or 3PL environment
  • Strong systems knowledge (WMS experience highly preferred)
  • Experience in startup environments or leading through change is a major plus
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development experience
  • Ability to move quickly, adapt, and make decisions in a fast-changing environment

Environment & Opportunity

This is a high-impact role in a newly established operation supporting a globally recognized, innovation-driven business. The organization is investing heavily in talent and infrastructure, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their career and step into a visible leadership role early.
