Automotive General Manager – Waldorf, MD ????

Compensation: $200,000 to $300,000 (amount includes base + production bonus)


We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive General Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-performing auto repair facility in Waldorf, MD. This is a full leadership role where you’ll oversee daily operations, coach your team, and drive results in customer service and sales.


WE ARE LOOKING FOR A HAMMER! MUST BE ABLE TO LEAD A SHOP THAT DOES OVER $600,000/month IN SALES!


What You’ll Do:
