Service Manager (Automotive / Fixed Operations)

We're hiring a Service Manager to lead our service department in Salt Lake City driving performance, improving consistency, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll take ownership of operations, team performance, and service outcomes. With a strong foundation already in place, this role is focused on execution, accountability, and long-term success.

What You'll Do

Service Department Leadership

Lead daily operations of the service department, including workflow, scheduling, and quality control

Manage, coach, and develop Service Technicians and service staff

Ensure timely, high-quality vehicle service, repairs, and installations

Performance & Operations

Drive performance across key metrics:

o Service revenue and profitability

o Technician productivity and utilization

o Turnaround time and workflow efficiency

o Customer satisfaction and retention

Maintain accountability for department KPIs and operational results

Administrative & Systems Management

Oversee all service-related administrative functions:
