Overview
Eastgate Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Automobile Dealership Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative and accounting operations of our dealership. The ideal candidate will have strong automotive industry knowledge, leadership skills, and experience managing office personnel, financial reporting, and dealership compliance requirements.
Duties
  • Manage and oversee all accounting functions in a dealership accounting department.
  • Supervise, train and support office staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
  • Assist with month-end closing processes and help prepare financial reports
  • Reconcile bank accounts, monitor schedules, and manufacturer statements
  • Monitor vehicle title processing, registrations, and documentation
  • Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and financial planning
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and document retention
  • Assist with audits and maintain internal controls.

Requirements
  • Previous automotive dealership controller or office manager experience is required
  • Experience using CDK DMS is required
  • Strong understanding of dealership accounting practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
