Responsibilities
• Engage with potential and existing customers through phone, email, and online chat to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and heard at every interaction.
• Handle incoming internet leads (eLeads) and respond promptly via call, text, and email.
• Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to new and existing prospects.
• Use Tecobi for SMS campaigns, follow-ups, and lead nurturing
• Set, confirm, and manage sales appointments with a high show rate.
• Coordinate with marketing to create and implement campaigns that resonate with our target audience and boost engagement.

Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years Automotive BDC experience (REQUIRED).
• Hands-on experience with eLeads, Tecobi, and CRM systems.
• Strong ability to make outbound sales calls and handle objections.
• Proven track record of setting appointments and increasing show rates.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
