We are seeking a motivated and quick learner who can efficiently manage warranty claims and support our service departmentโ€™s success. Ford experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and submit warranty claims accurately and promptly to manufacturer
  • Review and verify warranty documentation and repair orders
  • Communicate effectively with technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers regarding warranty issues
  • Maintain detailed records of warranty transactions and claims
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures
