Job description

The Del Grande Dealer Group is searching for a talented professional to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will help the company maintain positive business relationships with our vendors by ensuring prompt and accurate payments. You will be responsible for entering invoices and reviewing payments and data within our Dealer Management and payment systems, including CDK and Coupa.

This is an in-office position located in San Jose, CA.

What you'll be working on:
  • Enter and review invoices, vouchers, and payment requests
  • Resolve account-related issues with dealership teams
  • Balance vendor statements and maintain aged items under 15 days
  • Issue parts reimbursement checks
  • Research and resolve accounts payable issues directly with vendors
  • Prepare accounts for payment and verify data accuracy within the system
What you need to bring to the table:
  • 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience within an automotive dealership required
  • Ability to type at least 45 WPM
  • CDK experience required
  • Coupa payment system experience, or experience with a similar system, required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to balance high-volume accounts
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed during month-end

Salary: $25.00–$30.00/hour

Pay is based on applicable experience and skills
