Since 1999, Wastler Auto Service has been the trusted repair and inspection center for drivers in the Taylorsville/Mt. Airy/Eldersburg area. Our reputation is built on integrity, skilled workmanship, and customer-first service.
We’re looking for a motivated Service Advisor / Manager Trainee who’s eager to grow into a leadership role while delivering the best customer experience in the business.

What You’ll Do:
  • Greet customers warmly and guide them through the service process.
  • Write repair orders, communicate estimates, and explain services clearly.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate, timely repairs.
  • Monitor workflow, keep customers updated, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Learn all aspects of shop management, from scheduling to financial performance.
  • Support the shop manager and prepare to step into leadership responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a service advisor or strong customer service background (automotive preferred).
