Additionally:

  • Drive MRR Growth: relentless focus on net new Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
  • Net New Logos: obsession with identifying, pursuing, and winning new client accounts
  • Market Presence: driving brand awareness and visibility within our market
  • Pipeline Mastery: building, managing, and advancing a clean, qualified sales pipeline

  • Proactively identify and qualify leads through networking, research, referrals, and inbound channels.
  • Own the pipeline - continuously manage, refine, and advance opportunities in CRM.

  • Sales Execution & Reporting
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly MRR growth targets through new client acquisition.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting in CRM.
  • Take full ownership of the sales process - from first contact through signed agreement and handoff.
  • Travel to prospects and potential industry events.

Experience and Background Required

  • Proven success in business development, sales, or advisory roles - preferably in cybersecurity, IT services, or managed services.
  • Obsession with driving revenue growth and acquiring new clients.
  • Strong consultative selling, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing and optimizing a complex sales pipeline.
  • Technical acumen and ability to simplify and sell technical solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).

Physical Requirements
This role requires the ability to:

  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with colleagues, customers, and partners.
