  • Parts Sales & Inventory Management - Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.  
  • Safety & Compliance - Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.  
  • Commercial Account Support - Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.  
  • Problem Solving - Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.
