Position Overview

Autoplex is seeking an experienced Automotive Accessory Technician to join our growing team. This position focuses on aftermarket truck and SUV accessories, suspension upgrades, and off-road installations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with:

  • Lift and leveling kits
  • Suspension systems
  • Alignments
  • Wheels and tires
  • Tire mounting and balancing
  • Topper and tonneau cover installs
  • 12-volt wiring and accessory installs
  • Hitches, bumpers, steps/nerf bars, and fender flares
  • General aftermarket accessory installation


We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works efficiently, is dependable, and wants to continue growing their skill set within the aftermarket industry.

Compensation & Schedule


Our technicians are highly compensated through a flag-rate pay structure similar to automotive mechanic book time.

The more skilled and efficient you become, the more you can earn. Our compensation is among the highest in the aftermarket industry.

Schedule

Monday โ€“ Friday

8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM

No weekends


Position may be based at one of our north metro locations, depending on operational needs and candidate fit.

Experience with aftermarket automotive accessories, suspension, and truck equipment preferred

Practices safety, ownership, and respect when working on and around customer vehicles
