Are you a reliable and performance-proven sales manager? Are you experienced, and often overlooked for advancement because your sales are so good? We are looking for an experienced and skilled sales manager with remarkable skills, who will run a store effectively and with attention to detail.

Our candidates are required to be in constant contact with the staff and customers. They need to be able to ensure their staff provides the highest quality customer service and monitor the overall financial performance of the store.

The responsibilities of a sales manager are to greet the staff and customers, provide them with what they need, give intelligent recommendations and suggestions, build customer and brand trust, assist the staff with anything they need, and make sure the customers have a great shopping experience.

More importantly, a perfect candidate should be reliable, accommodating, courteous, and friendly to ensure that the customers are fully satisfied.

This is a fast-paced store with lots of traffic, you must be able to multi-task. You must have a solid basic knowledge of Sales, Sales process, and managing a team of strong salespeople. Additional beneficial automotive skills would include knowledge of New and Used car sales and vehicle management, closing, F&I and Desking.

Main Responsibilities of a Sales Manager

  • Responsible for every aspect of everyday supervision of store outlets

  • Recruiting and training sales staff.
  • Coordinate scheduling and training of sales staff
  • Oversee the flow of traffic and that all customers are waited on in a timely fashion

  • Complete clean and accurate paperwork with customers.
  • Overseeing stock and pricing control.
  • Track and log all results and trends regularly for business forecasting
  • Set follow-up appointments with sales staff to keep customers aware of the latest developments
  • Head up all follow-up opportunities with sales staff
