Job Summary

Miller Electric is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sr Automation Project Manager to join our team on a Part-Time basis. In this role, you will support the development, implementation and installation of Customer Service Center Monitoring Solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency. You will work closely with our development team to ensure our delivered projects meet customer expectations. This role shall also entail the ability to work as a Business Development Manager traveling to branch offices and alike to expand the footprint of our Solutions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Project Manage Monitoring Solution Automation Projects.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify areas for automation and improvement.
  • Train Associate PM's in their roles as Automation Project Managers.
  • Document PM processes and provide training to end-users.
  • Monitor and maintain existing customer base to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Electrical Engineering Bachelor's degree.
  • 15+ yrs experience as a Project Manager managing Automation/Monitoring projects
  • Willingness to travel >50% of the time
  • Experience with automation tools and technologies (e.g., SkySpark, COINS, Modbus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
