Job description

We are hiring experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics, including Journeyman and Foremen, to support ongoing commercial projects across Northwest Arkansas. This is a full-time opportunity offering competitive pay, strong benefits, and clear paths for advancement within a growing organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Install, fabricate, and assemble commercial sheet metal components
  • Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
  • Lead crews and coordinate job site activities (Foreman level)
  • Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
  • Maintain productivity to meet project timelines
  • Collaborate with project managers and field leadership

Pay & Compensation

  • Up to $32 per hour (Journeyman / Foreman, based on experience)
  • Overtime pay
  • Bonus and incentive opportunities

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, day shift
  • Some Saturdays as needed
  • 40–50 hours per week
  • Overtime and weekends as required
