The ideal candidate applies engineering economics principles and continuous improvement methodologies to influence strategic decisions and deliver measurable results in a dynamic environment.

We operate at the intersection of engineering, operations, and execution, managing the installation and integration of complex automated systems while addressing real-world constraints. Collaboration across multiple stakeholders ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, and with high quality. Our efforts directly influence product movement through fast-paced supply chains, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence through data analysis, automation, and project management.
What you'll do:
  • Lead the design, development, and integration of automation systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Utilize data analysis and advanced analytics to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation potential.
  • Manage multiple projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology changes and resolve automation-related issues.
  • Develop and document process flows, test automation solutions, and measure project performance against established criteria.
  • Support talent development by coaching team members and fostering continuous improvement initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
