Application Timeline:
We know waiting can be difficult, so we want to set expectations upfront. Our internship recruiting process takes place over several months. Applications open in mid-September and are reviewed as they are received. HR interviews are expected to begin in mid-October, followed by interviews with hiring leaders. Depending on the role and applicant volume, hiring decisions and offers may be made anytime from October through January. Do you have what we're looking for?
Required Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

  • Must be able to work full-time hours from late May 2027 to early August 2027. The internship may be extended part-time through fall 2027 and spring 2028.

  • Graduation date of August 2027 or beyond.

  • Basic programming experience in Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or a similar language.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to learn new technologies and apply technical concepts.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or other automation platforms.

  • Knowledge of AI, machine learning, generative AI, or prompt engineering concepts.

  • Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and database technologies (SQL).

  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Experience with Git, version control tools, or application development projects.

  • Knowledge of business process mapping and workflow optimization.

  • Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, Copilot Studio, or intelligent automation technologies.
